ABOUT DR. HILARY
Dr. Hilary is a Clinical Psychologist based in New York, NY, specializing in working with individuals and couples to help them realize their full potential. She views people as unique individuals that necessarily exist in relationship with others, emphasizing the importance of context in understanding one’s experiences. With a strengths-based perspective, Dr. Hilary seeks to empower her clients to transform their lives by enhancing awareness of choice. She aims to remove barriers and expand the range of options available for those looking to create a different reality in their relationships and personal lives.
Dr. Hilary firmly believes that she can’t provide you with the answers—because only you know what’s best for you. Her goal is to guide individuals and couples in creating their own solutions and constructing the realities they desire (and deserve!) through honest dialogue and skill-building.
Dr. Hilary holds both a doctorate and master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. Her training includes an internship with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and a Post-Doctoral Scholar position in Clinical Psychology with UCLA’s groundbreaking program, Operation Mend.
Throughout her training and private practice, Dr. Hilary has worked with a diverse range of clients, including artists, writers, musicians, veterans, thought leaders, and college students—you name it! She is eager to share her expertise and help you blossom into your favorite version of yourself.
When not in session, Dr. Hilary loves to travel and explore the unique expanse of human minds. While she may struggle with keeping plants alive, she excels with animals and gets a bit cranky when her mindfulness meditation practice takes a backseat.
